A) বিদেশীরা কেন বিনিয়োগ কমিয়ে উল্টো পুঁজি নিয়ে যাচ্ছে? জানতে চাইলে হামীম গ্রুপের চেয়ারম্যান ও সংসদ সদস্য এ কে আজাদ বলেন, ‘আমরা যখন বিদেশীদের বিনিয়োগের কথা বলি, তখন তাদের নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বিদ্যুৎ, গ্যাস দেয়ার আশ্বাস দেই। কিন্তু আমরা তো তাদের নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বিদ্যুৎ দিতে পারছি না। পাশাপাশি গ্যাসের চাপ দিন দিন কমে যাচ্ছে। আমাদের কারখানাগুলোতেই ভয়াবহ সঙ্কট তৈরি হয়েছে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে তারা কেন বিনিয়োগ করবেন? আবার সবাই তো বিনিয়োগ করা অর্থ বা লভ্যাংশ ফেরত নিতে চায়। কিন্তু ডলার সঙ্কটের কারণে তারা লভ্যাংশও নিতে পারছে না। এসব কারণেই হয়ত বিদেশী বিনিয়োগ কমছে।’
